Who are we

Aqua Construction founded in the year  2000 by the current Managing Director, is a small but successful, award-winning contracting Company specialising in the delivery of individual houses to medium size developments, working with both private clients and registered providers of social housing.

Aqua Construction operates sites up to 40 miles from our purpose-built offices situated between Elmore and Quedgeley. We are proud of the high-quality homes we build in and around Gloucestershire and seek an experienced Groundworker to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Excavating and concreting foundations
  • Installing foul and storm drainage
  • Installing/ working around services
  • Installing block and beam flooring systems
  • Instatement of tarmac roads and footpaths
  • Carrying out soft and hard landscaping
  • Working to programmes and deadlines

Desirable Experience:

  • Hold NPORS/ CPCS for forward tipping dumper, excavator and roller
    (NRSWA is an advantage)
  • 5 years + experience in carrying out groundwork’s duties on residential development.
  • Good time management with a methodical approach to all works
  • Attention to detail

Working hours are usually 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary and package will be dependant upon experience. You must have a full driving licence and your own transport to get to and from sites, although a company van and transport may be available.
