]]> Worcester Parade site was previously home to underused and poorly maintained garages. The site has now been developed into an attractive apartment building with associated access, parking, and landscaping. This is a development for a local housing association, Gloucester City Homes.

Designed to provide an attractive building, to enhance the positive aspects of the surrounding architecture.

The apartment building provides:

  • 5 x 1 bedroom flats with parking and public access to Sweetbriar Street.

Work started on site in February 2021 and was completed in April 2022.
