As an award-winning construction company, we are looking for a competent, self-motivated, hardworking, and knowledgeable Groundworker who can complete a wide and varied range of jobs alongside our busy team on sites in and around Gloucester. Aqua Construction operates sites up to 40 miles from our purpose-built offices situated between Elmore and Quedgeley.

Groundworker (permanent), Gloucestershire
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our growing team delivering high-quality residential developments across Gloucestershire
Aqua Construction founded in the year 2000 by the current Managing Director, is a well-established, award-winning contracting Company specialising in the delivery of individual houses to medium size developments, working with both private clients and registered providers of social housing.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Excavation and concreting of foundations
- Installation of foul and storm drainage systems
- Block and Beam flooring
- Construction of roads and footpaths
- External hard landscaping finishes
- Working to programmes and deadlines
- Complying with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
Essential Skills & Experience
- Hold NPORS/ CPCS for forward tipping dumper, excavator and roller
(NRSWA is an advantage)
- 5 years + experience in carrying out groundwork’s duties on residential developments
- Strong work ethic and time management
- Ability read drawings and understand design and specification schedules
