We have just recently secured the tender to develop15 new properties for Registered Provider Gloucester City Homes. These will be a mix of houses and bungalows constructed across 4 sites in Quedgeley, Tuffley, Hucclecote and Coney Hill, giving the local residents a mix of new affordable rent and shared ownership properties. These 4 sites are currently unutilised garage sites, through replacing these for new homes it will significantly improve the area for existing and future tenants.

Work on these developments is due to start in Autumn 2019, with the hopes of completion on all 15 properties by Autumn 2020, giving 15 families new homes for the winter.
