The land at Little Rissington was purchased from a local family and was formerly a stable block. We secured planning for 2 detached homes, working closely with Cotswold District Council and Apex Architecture to create a sympathetic scheme. This is a private development for a local housing developer Brunel Homes.

Both properties were designed and are being constructed in the Cotswold vernacular to a high specification traditionally built with Cotswold stone.

Construction is underway and is due to complete late October/early November 2022 with both homes sold very early on in the construction stage.
