Nearing completion; housing development in Pinvin, Worcestershire

In a contract worth £1.6m Aqua Construction was appointed by Rooftop Housing Group to complete a site comprising 13 affordable houses and flats, all at various stages of construction.

The previous developer abandoned the site leaving a number of partially completed properties, works to be undertaken include completion of the external brick envelopes, windows / doors, roof structure, coverings and PV solar panels.

The internal programme of works includes plumbing and electrical installations, dry-lining / plastering, fitting of kitchens and bathrooms and decoration.

External works include the completion of the children’s play area, soft landscaping, stormwater attenuation pond, driveways and estate road.

The development is scheduled for completion in March 2026.
