Aqua Construction has successfully secured a £6.4m programme to deliver a 24‑home residential development in St Weonards, Herefordshire. The scheme with Signature Homes in partnership with the Citizen Housing Group, comprises 16 open‑market homes and eight affordable properties constructed using traditional methods. In this land-led development Aqua Construction took the lead in identifying, securing, and developing the land with all stakeholders.

Designed by Quattro Design Architects and overseen by the Duchy of Cornwall, the development is sensitive to the rural setting while addressing local housing demand.  Aqua Construction is working with the Employer’s Agent, Bespoke Construction Consultants, to ensure high design quality, sustainability, cost certainty and effective risk management during the build process.

The homes will incorporate low‑carbon design principles, biodiversity enhancements and imaginative public space design, with layouts that support walkability, green infrastructure and long‑term environmental resilience. The project reflects a collaborative approach to delivering high‑quality, sustainable housing for the St Weonards community.

The project started in March 2026 and is due for completion in Spring 2027.
