Aqua Construction has been awarded a competitive tender for the construction of four new sustainable homes, comprising two pairs of semi‑detached houses, at Hemmingway in Evesham.

The project, delivered for Rooftop Housing, will replace existing properties that were severely damaged in a gas explosion. It has now undergone demolition ready for redevelopment.

The new homes will be sustainably built using timber‑frame construction and will incorporate photovoltaic (PV) panels and air source heat pumps, supporting improved energy efficiency and reduced carbon emissions.

Works commenced on site in April 2026, with completion targeted for the end of the year.
