Scheduled for completion in March 2026, Aqua Construction is near to finishing building works at Pinvin in Worcestershire. Aqua Construction was appointed by Rooftop Housing Group to pick up and complete a site comprising 13 affordable houses and flats, all at various stages of construction.

The previous developer abandoned the site leaving a number of partially completed properties, including completion of the external brick envelopes, windows / doors, roof structure, coverings and PV solar panels.

The internal programme of works includes plumbing and electrical installations, dry lining / plastering, fitting of kitchens and bathrooms and decoration.

External works include the completion of the children’s play area, soft landscaping, stormwater attenuation pond, driveways and estate road.
